Marshall's Green Thumb is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lawn Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in preserving the beauty and health of our clients' lawns through regular maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment to maintain lawns at the desired height and appearance.
Perform edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure a clean and polished look.
Identify and address lawn issues, such as weeds, pests, or diseases, in collaboration with supervisors.
Follow safety protocols to operate equipment safely and prevent accidents.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
Educational and Experiential Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment and techniques is advantageous.

Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
